2. Phone Purchases
We offer a 30-day return policy for all phone purchases, subject to the following conditions:
Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: Phones must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and the original box included. The phone should not show any signs of wear and tear, damage, or modifications.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided to process the return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Ship the Item: Pack the phone securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the phone and accessories. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Any phone or accessory that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any phone returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Any activated service or payment for which the activation has been completed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
